Thanksgiving is right around the corner and before I sign off to go celebrate with my family, I wanted to share with you another one of my favorite holiday recipes.

This 100% vegan, gluten-free & raw cheesecake is to die for. I promise. It is so easy to make and will totally impress your family and friends at the holiday table. It is a healthy and very delicious treat you can share with those closest to you, as well as a great alternative for the sugary, high fat desserts we tend to indulge in this time of year.
