Today’s recipe will totally change the way you feel about healthy snacks. It will also add some much-needed nutrition to your diet when your body needs it most – during the holiday season.

I made these crispy peanut butter protein bites with a few simple ingredients I had laying around in the kitchen pantry. I was in a mood for something sweet and crunchy so that is how this recipe came about.

Although not much effort went into it, it is absolutely delicious! These tasty little bites are high in protein, heart-healthy fats and lots of dietary fiber: an overall wonderful sweet treat everyone in your home will enjoy ♥
