Since I was 12 years old I’ve traveled and competed in many karate competitions,  placing 1st in different age categories. Years later I was fortunate to win a college scholarship for athletic merits that gave me the opportunity to learn more about sports and human physiology/anatomy.  I have applied that knowledge to stay on top of my karate competitions and at the same time training athletes and the general population, helping them to improve their performance and wellness.

…leading to achieve excellence and success is not easy, comes only with devotion and hard work, curiosity and attention to details, discipline and balanced life. In time all these skills became part of myself and who I am in my work.

Philosophy:
“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” –Mark Twain
While in high school in Bulgaria, my mother asked me for a massage to ease her back pain one evening. Not knowing exactly what I was doing, I tried my best and she loved it. It helped her so much that the next day, she introduced me to a massage therapist and signed me up for courses. I finished my Bachelors in Engineering with a sense of accomplishment, but I felt that something was missing. After years of studying, shadowing, and eventually running my own massage clinic, I realized I was driven by that feeling of making people feel good – both mentally and physically – and the gratitude expressed by satisfied clients is what fuels me in this profession. I truly believe in the mind-body connection, and identifying and targeting the root cause of ailments, not just putting on a band-aid.
